Mike Sigman has presented Internal Strength workshops for a number of years now, dealing with the basics of movement powered by the strengths peculiar to the internal martial arts.

Here, I give some details of upcoming workshops I know about, along with links for more detailed information if I know them. If there is no detailed information available for a workshop, E-mail to Mike directly is probably the best route.
